Terms of Use

By registering with Boland Waterpolo, you agree to abide by the club's code of conduct, the rules of Waterpolo South Africa, and the policies of any host venues or tournaments attended under the club's banner.

Fees

Registration fees are non-refundable once the season has commenced, except at the club's discretion in exceptional circumstances. Fees cover affiliation, coaching, and basic equipment — not travel, gala entry fees, or kit.

Code of Conduct

Players, guardians, and supporters are expected to uphold values of fair play, respect for officials, and sportsmanship. The club reserves the right to suspend or remove participants who bring the club into disrepute.

Liability

Participation in waterpolo carries inherent physical risk. The club maintains public-liability insurance but accepts no liability for personal property loss or injury arising from ordinary play. All players train and compete at their own risk.
